I'm Charlie and my mission is to bring balance, simplicity and a renewed sense of calm into your home.
After a career break from working in recruitment & HR, I realised that I really wanted to help others lead more efficient, calm and organised lives. I work with you to declutter and put in organisational systems so that tidying up is quicker, more effective and you know where everything lives so that you're not constantly trying to remember where you put something.
I also manage properties and the manage Air BnB bookings from dealing with the guests, cleaning, meeting and greeting so that you can get maximum value from you property without any of the hassle and admin.

I know how stressful hosting can be. I offer complete management of your listing so you never have to do it again.
Remove the stress, and I can give you back time, so you can spend it doing the things you love whilst earning an income on your property that you might not otherwise have the inclination to do.
Help with packing or unpacking for a house move. Organise boxes all labelled and packed logically or unpack and organise your home from the very beginning of your exciting move.
INTERIOR STYLING OR PREPARING YOUR HOUSE FOR A SALE
One of my strengths is an eye for making a room or house look pretty and making the most of it's features. Sometimes simply clearing away some personal effects and allowing the viewer to see the potential makes all the difference when trying to sell.
